These Terms govern your use of the Parker Administration website, whether as a guest or registered user. By accessing or using this site or our services, you confirm that you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site.

Information About Us
This website is operated by The Parker Administration Agency, established on 31st March 2019. Trading as Parker Administration, we are a premium professional documentation and nationality services provider, assisting clients with British Heritage in acquiring British nationality and passports issued by the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland across multiple jurisdictions. Our services are delivered through strategic legal partnerships, operational branches such as TPAA INTL LTD, and regional liaisons in various British Overseas Territories.

The directors and coordinators of TPAA INTL LTD and other affiliated operating companies or branches act solely under the instruction and authority of The Parker Administration Agency. Our UK-based operations company, TPAA INTL LTD, is registered in England and Wales under Companies House number 16091594, with its registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. The company’s primary role is to support and expedite the handling of documentation and processing services, particularly where proximity to UK Government agencies allows for more efficient service delivery.

Our operational partnerships across various British Overseas Territories enable us to obtain certified civil records — including birth and marriage certificates directly from local authorities. This capability ensures that our clients’ applications are supported by verifiable, primary evidence.

We strongly advise you not to make any travel arrangements or commitments until you have received your new passport or official confirmation from the relevant authorities. Parker Administration cannot accept liability for costs incurred due to early travel plans.

Legal Services and Compliance
While Parker Administration coordinates and oversees application matters globally, formal legal advice and regulated legal representation are provided solely by our affiliated and partner law firms in accordance with jurisdictional regulatory requirements.

Parker Administration itself operates primarily as a professional administrative and support firm. Legal advice or representation, where offered, will be explicitly disclosed and provided by legally regulated professionals partnered with Parker Administration.

We operate in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where we provide services. We work closely with regulatory authorities to ensure transparency, integrity, and compliance throughout all client engagements.

Consultation and Engagement Terms
Initial reviews and consultations are preliminary and do not constitute legal representation or a guarantee of success. Engagement becomes formal upon both (i) receipt of full payment and (ii) acceptance of the engagement terms provided in your induction pack or confirmation email. No case-specific guidance or document submission occurs before this stage.
Our primary representative will discuss your British heritage and assist you in completing a Review Form. This form will then be reviewed by a qualified professional to assess your potential eligibility. They may share general information about past cases with similar fact patterns for illustrative purposes only.

We endeavour to ensure the accuracy of information on our site and in consultations; however, all commentary, materials, and examples provided are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal advice.
